Collaborations

We are involved in a number of research collaborations with major pharmaceutical companies.  These range from early stage research establishing target tractability through to late lead optimisation programs. We value close cooperation with our collaborators to ensure the combined strengths of the partners are most effectively deployed to deliver drug candidates.

Current collaborations include

• Novartis, a late stage collaboration on the Hsp90 target. The lead molecule, AUY922, is now in phase II clinical studies.  A follow-up compound is in Phase I.
• Servier, two early stage research collaborations on undisclosed oncology targets
• GSK, an early stage research collaboration on an undisclosed oncology target
• Lundbeck, an early stage research collaboration targetting LRRK2
