Partnering is a key component of Vernalis' business model, we are focused on building value by progressing our innovative development pipeline and discovery programmes up to and including proof of concept clinical studies and then seeking collaborations for later-phase clinical development and commercialisation.  Through such partnering we aim to build a growing portfolio of programmes in which we retain an economic upside without requiring significant further involvement and investment.
